- Lone Tree Medical building ( 9695 S Yosemite St ) is a three story brick and stucco structure on the West side of Yosemite Street.
- It is directly North of a two ( 2 ) story brick professional building.
Closest neighborhood intersection: South Yosemite St & Troon Village Drive ( 1 street North of Lincoln Ave )
Closest neighborhood landmark: Safeway Shopping Center ( located at the NorthEast Corner of S Yosemite and Lincoln Ave )
Closest major tourist / visitor landmark: Park Meadows Mall ( the office is located approximately 1 1/2 miles South of the Park Meadows Mall )
PARKING
There is ample surface parking available on the west side of the building ( entrance driveway from Troon Village Dr ) and more limited parking on the east side of the building ( entrance driveway from southbound Yosemite St. only ).
Note: this portion of S Yosemite has a center median. This restricts access to the east side parking if you are traveling North from Lincoln Ave.
If you are traveling North from Lincoln Ave, it is best to turn left at Troon Village Drive and follow the curved road to the west-side driveway access ( …the 3rd driveway on the right side of Troon Village Dr ).
